STEP 3. Your consultation will take place in our offices. If you wish to file your bankruptcy case at that time, you must pay the filing fee ($299 for a chapter 7 or $274 for a Chapter 13) plus the retainer that the attorney will quote you. Fees for cases range based on the work that will be performed. Your First Appointment is always free so come in and meet with a licensed bankruptcy attorney to determine the best fee for you.
